Norwex Dryer Balls
Whether you currently use fabric softener, dryer sheets, or nothing at all in your dryer, you need Norwex dryer balls!
These little guys replace all forms of fabric softener, and generally last 3-5 years. They are made from a rubbery-feeling plastic (like a dog's squeaky toy) and can be used on all fabrics. Their job is to reduce drying time and to soften fabrics naturally without the use of chemical fabric softeners.
Norwex describes their dryer balls work this way: "Centrifugal force lifts and seperates clothes allowing air to flow more efficiently, reducing dryer time. They are non-toxic and allergy-free; reduce lint on fabric; make ironing easier; soften fabrics; and reduce drying times by 25%."
NOTE: Norwex dryer balls don't like extreme cold. In the winter months, remove them from the dryer between loads. Otherwise, they can just sit in there all the time.
What's the big deal about fabric softener?

But I don't use fabric softener, so why would I need Norwex dryer balls?
If you currently don't use fabric softener, you've probably unwittingly grown accustomed to clothes that are a bit crunchy and/or wrinkly. You will be absolutely amazed at how much better your laundry feels after it's been dried with the Norwex dryer balls. Your clothes will no longer staticky and will dry more quickly, and you'll able to drastically reduce the amount of ironing you need to do (because the clothes don't get all bunched up while they're drying).

Wireless Announcing System for Office, Store or Home Images
OPTEX, Wirelss 1000 Annunciator System with extra receiver & transmitter.
I've closed my retail shop and no longer need this 'bing-bong' announcing system. NO WIRING IS REQUIRED!
This system consists of two motion-activated sensor/transmitters, and two chime-box receivers. I have the system currently set up to chime two different sounds depending on which sensor triggers with motion (I had two entrances into my shop, so it allowed me to know which door opened). The sensor operate on 9V batteries, and the receivers plug into a regular electrical outlet.
The sensors can be set to a 17' fan-shaped area, or a 50' long range "line" detection area. The transmission range is good -- I had both my sensors downstairs and both my receivers upstairs in a large building, and it worked great. The sensors feature a WEATHER PROOF housing for both indoor & outdoor use.
The receivers have a total of 3 different chime tones to use, and a volume control.
Other uses -- detecting a car approaching in a driveway, people entering a hallway, etc.
Originally, I paid $550 + GST for this system, but I'm willing to let it go for $325.
