Health and Beauty In-Store Marketing Reps new Updated
Job Description: Our Client represents a leading health and beauty brand. SDI will be executing a sales-focused Program for our client at some of the Country’s largest Retailers. 2 Representatives will work in tandem within the Beauty aisle at Retail, engaging consumers and encouraging purchase of a globally respected, admired, and award-winning brand. Having the ability to stop and create dialogue with shoppers and make an immediate positive impression will make you an excellent candidate for this position. This part-time position is a great way to supplement your income in a fun and stimulating environment.
Qualifications:
• Applicants MUST have FULL ACCESS to transportation for the entire program, as you will be required to get to and from the store location (not all stores on convenient public transit routes).
• Applicants MUST have access to a digital camera during shift times
• QC representatives must be French speaking or bilingual
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Mature, enthusiastic and professional
• The confidence to connect with Mom, aged 25-44 and win her trust! The ability to sell! (be prepared to show your stuff in your interview!)
Duration: (Part Time)
Dates: September 13th/14th (Sat/Sun)

Supervisory Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that all events are staffed at all times

• Lead by example by selling along the Field Sales Agents in a shift environment for a minimum of 30 hours.
• Ensures that weekly sales reports are completed
• Responsible for achieving the sales objectives and targets
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of high School and some College or University.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales
Working Condition: Must be able to work in a fast paced environment,multitask, effectively handle rejections, work under pressure,meet tight deadlines and work shift. Must have a cellular phone, a vehicle and valid driver’s license and willing to work on call.Excellent opportunities for advancement. $20/hour +commission.
