Supervisory Responsibilities
The Program Manager will manage and oversee a team of Field Sales Agents. Responsibilities will include: Interviewing, hiring and training employees; Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Verifies the completion of all applications prior to submission
• Must hire to fulfill his/her program staff requirement.
• Responsible for training the Field Sales Agents
• Ensures that all locations are fully staffed with the required sales materials at all times.
• Accountable for recording all daily clock in/out information
• Ensures that all events are staffed at all times
• Responsible for ensuring that the Kiosks displays are coordinated
• Lead by example by selling along the Field Sales Agents in a shift environment for a minimum of 30 hours.
• Ensures that weekly sales reports are completed
• Responsible for achieving the sales objectives and targets
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of high School and some College or University.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales
Working Condition: Must be able to work in a fast paced environment,multitask, effectively handle rejections, work under pressure,meet tight deadlines and work shift. Must have a cellular phone, a vehicle and valid driver’s license and willing to work on call.Excellent opportunities for advancement. $20/hour +commission.
