This is only one part of good health. Good health can be more accurately defined through the concept of wellness, which goes beyond preventing disease to a process of continuously moving towards one's own potential for optimal physical, mental, and social functioning.
My name is Robin Willier and I am a CSEP-CPT. I recently graduated from NAIT and have started "Health First Fitness", a mobile training business in Edmonton. I know anyone & everyone can improve their quality of life just by changing a few simple areas in their life, but not everyone knows what to do or how to do it, so I am offering my services to help design a fun, yet very effective training program for anyone between the ages of 15 to 55 years of age who would like to lose body fat, increase muscle mass, increase their energy, improve on their sport performance, improve their work performance, improve their posture, or simply increase their overall well-being. My hours are very flexible and I offer one-on-one sessions as well as group training. Other than helping you achieve your desired goal(s), I promise to:
