C.G. Industrial Specialties Ltd., distributor of the “Worlds’ Best Valves” is looking for an experienced inside sales professional in our Edmonton office. The right individual will have a strong desire for continuous learning and a proactive sales philosophy. In return, CGIS offers an excellent compensation package including commission; a generous bonus program, an appreciation and understanding of their human capital and room for advancement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Dealing directly with customers via phone, fax and email.
• Providing product information, pricing, delivery and sales support.
• Generating technical quotes.
• Order processing.
• Document preparation.
• Providing support to Outside Sales Representatives.
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years experience in an inside sales position.
• Mechanical and industrial experience or technical education.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and self-improvement in a fast paced, technology driven environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of CAD and Maximizer software beneficial.
