Our client, one of the largest heavy equipment distributor in Western Canada is currently has an immediate opening for their Edmonton Location
This position requires a highly driven and ambitious professional who understand what it takes to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of a Parts Department and of an organization as a whole.
Previous experience in sales and managing outside sales representative will strengthen your candidacy for this role
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in management
- Background in trades or have trades ticket
- Experience working with Budgets, Inventory Control, Recruitment, Training and day to day operations of a business
- Strong mechanical inclination
- Hands-on management approach
- Ability to multi-task and able to handle deadlines
- Excellent leadership skills
Hours/Wages
- Salary plus strong compensation package including a pension plan, RRSP plan
