1)We did the holes & line up the 4"x4" pressure treated support posts.
2)We place the gravel at the bottom of the holes and install the posts in concrete. ( option; a concrete floor base). We install poly 102 and insulation on the ground, (to stop the grass from growing and also for insulation purpose.)
3)We build a "skirt" around the base to stop the wildlife from building a nest undernearth.
4)We install (2) 2"X 8" beams.
5)We install the floor base in 2"x 6", spaced at 16".
6)We build the walls & roof in 2"x4", spaced at 16".
7)We install 3/4" plywood on the floor and 5/5" OSB boards on the walls & roof.
8)We install the windows and 1 french style door.
9)We install the trusses.
10)We re-inforce the trusses & the trusses base.
11)We install the cedar boards on the exterior walls.
12)We install the cedar shingles on the roof.
13)Our electrician install the electricity & light.
14)We insulate the floor, walls & ceiling.
15)We complete the interior walls with pine boards.
16)We stain the exterior ( including the cedar roofing shingles), & we stain the interior, including a high quality marine varnish for the floor.
